Be Your Own Massage Therapist!

Our wooden massagers are designed to perform a pleasant, totally painless self-massage or to assist a friend or a loved one. Massage therapy using wooden massagers has been shown to have common positive effects on many clinical conditions.

The drawing below shows proper directions of massage movements for various parts of the body. These movements are indicated by the arrows.

You will probably need to experiment a little to find out what is right for you (i.e. the optimum pressure, frequency and duration of self-massage). Just remember that all massage movements should be slow, gentle and rhythmical. You should start massage with light pressure and increase the pressure gradually to comfortable level.
